Terms of Service
Regulars · last updated 2 August 2026 · governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
The service
Regulars is retention software for Australian holiday parks. It connects to your NewBook account, identifies guests whose return pattern is decaying, drafts SMS and email messages for your approval, sends the ones you approve, and reports the bookings that follow. One plan: Regulars Standard, A$149/month including GST, 14-day free trial, no card required to start, cancel any time.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you're entitled to use your park's NewBook data and to contact your own past guests.
- You review and approve every message before it sends. Nothing goes out silently, and what you approve is yours.
- You keep your sign-in details to yourself.
Our responsibilities
- We handle guest personal information solely on your behalf and on your instructions, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, and commit to APP compliance regardless of any small-business exemption.
- We enforce consent, suppression and quiet-hours gates on every send — the suppression list beats everything, including you.
- If Regulars becomes aware of a data breach involving guest personal information likely to result in serious harm, Regulars will notify the affected park without undue delay and provide reasonable assistance with the park's obligations under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Notifiable Data Breaches scheme).
Cancellation and your data
Cancel any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid month. On cancellation, guest personal information is automatically deleted or irreversibly de-identified 60 days after cancellation unless the park reactivates. Aggregate de-identified statistics may be retained. Disconnecting NewBook stops syncs immediately and leaves your NewBook untouched.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), Regulars' liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We're a tool that drafts and sends messages you approve; you remain the sender for the purposes of the Spam Act 2003.
Changes
If these terms change materially we'll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
